Fine, floral and mineral notes on the nose with hints of fresh white fruits. Dry & round on the palate with exceptional freshness, with mineral notes which enhance its unique savory flavour.
For everyday drinking or as an aperitif, it may be paired with delicate vegetable dishes and with fresh cheese.
